Late-cancel & missed appointment policy
To help the practice run smoothly and keep appointments available for others, at least 48 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the visit cost. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments without notice, are considered no-shows and are subject to the full visit fee.
Appointments may be canceled online through the Jane App portal or by contacting the office more than 48 hours in advance. Within 48 hours of the appointment, online cancellation is unavailable, and the office must be contacted directly.
