Cancellations — To keep appointments available for everyone, at least 48 hours' notice is required. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the visit cost. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours are subject to the full visit fee. Cancellations can be made online through the Jane App portal or by contacting the office directly within the required timeframe.
